Dean Henry, President, Prior to starting Insurance First, Dean served as a senior consultant in the Digital Strategies Practice at Booz, Allen & Hamilton Inc. During his tenure with this leading management consulting firm, he specialized in advising a wide range clients on organizational design, process reengineering and workflow automation. Mr. Henry holds a B.A. from Colby College and a M.S. in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Henry is a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health Agent.

Andy Shockney, Vice President of Corporate Operations, has 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in call center management. Prior to joining Insurance First, Andy was employed at CheckFree Corporation and Huntington National Bank in Columbus, Ohio. During his tenure, Andy has played a leading role in developing and growing the Customer Care Team and continuously improving the services we offer. Andy holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ashland University and an M.B.A. from Capital University.
