Insurance First Agency values our customers and we are committed to protecting the privacy of their personal information. In the normal course of our business, and to provide the necessary services to our customers, we may obtain nonpublic personal information directly from the customer, from customer-related transactions, or from third parties such as lenders, other title insurance agents, appraisers, surveyors or other entities.

Access to Information

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and agents who need the information to provide products or services to you, or who need to utilize such information to conduct our routine business or represent the interests of the company. These employees may include, but are not limited to, personnel in closing services, legal, underwriting, claims administration and accounting. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

Information Sharing

Generally, the nonpublic personal information collected as part of your transaction is not shared with anyone other than those individuals necessary to complete the real estate settlement services and the issuance of any title insurance policies requested by the customer.

You do not need to do anything as a result of this notice. It is meant to inform you of how your nonpublic personal information is safeguarded and handled. You should know that our commitment to protecting your privacy is not new. We have always respected the confidentiality of the information provided to us and will continue to safeguard your privacy in the future.
